  • Does the design build process lead to higher prices?

According to Statista, U.S. construction industry expenditures now total more than $1.293 billion. Those who are seeking a building contractor may worry that placing limits on this process will result in higher costs. However, negotiating directly with a reputable building contractor is typically the most economical (as well as the fastest) way to deliver a building system.

  • For how long will your bid price apply?

When securing a building contractor for a commercial job, you'll expect bid prices to be offered for a given project. The standard amount of time for a bid price is a 30-day period. However, in times of economic turmoil, some prices may be good for only 10 days. Contact us directly to learn more.

  • Does your firm provide builder's risk insurance?

Any reputable building contractor should have adequate insurance coverage to protect workers and clients alike. Lundy Construction provides builder's risk insurance for all of our projects. This cost is included as part of our base quotes.

  • Will Lundy Construction do residential work?

In some situations, building contractors will take on both residential and commercial projects. Lundy Construction will perform select residential construction and remodeling with a starting value of $500,000. Other residential projects may be considered. Contact us directly to learn more about whether your residential project might be a good fit.

  • Does Lundy Construction rent construction equipment?

Some building contractors may rent out construction equipment under certain circumstances. Except for cranes and other specialized equipment, we generally don't offer rental options. Call us to learn more.
